Request for Qualifications

The LA CoC Board is preparing to release a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify qualified entities to serve in one or more of four core administrative roles for the FY 2027 CoC Program cycle: Collaborative Applicant, HMIS Lead, CES Management Entity, and PIT Count Administrator. The RFQ is intended to provide a transparent, competitive, and documented process for evaluating qualified entities, subject to applicable judicial review and HUD approval.

Board consideration of the draft RFQ is expected to take place during a special Board meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 1:00PM. If approved, the final RFQ and application materials will be released, with notice provided by email and on the LA CoC website.
